Regular monthly meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month beginning at 12:00 p.m. prevailing time. On the third Tuesday of November, the Annual Reorganization meeting begins at 12:00 p.m. and the regular monthly meeting begins immediately thereafter.
Because we hold board meetings at our various rental properties throughout the year, meeting locations change. Meeting locations are updated on the Home and Board pages on this website.
Meetings are open for public attendance. To secure a speaking place on the agenda, a Speaker Registration Form must be completed and submitted to the Executive Director prior to the start of the meeting. Speakers will be allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes to speak. Speakers are not permitted to transfer any unused minutes to another speaker. Please contact the Executive Director for additional information. The Speaker Registration Form can be found under the “Resources” tab and then “Forms/Downloads”.
Changes to the above published schedule will be announced through local media sources and/or on this website.

The monthly Board Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, 2025 beginning at 12:00 noon. It will be held in the Lincoln Plaza Board Room, 50 Lincoln Plaza, Wilkes-Barre, PA.
